Baked Goods Guide to CSG Moments

Did you know creativity is directly linked to consumption of quality baked goods? Or at least we seem to think so here at CSG’s Studio. I was about to embark on a journey to bring you the best bakeries in Denver. But who am I kidding? It'd be a list of one: Reunion Bread Co. This bakery has been the center of my self care routine, holidays with family, Denver hot spots for out of town visitors and meetings with friends/collaborators/clients. And not to brag, but Reunion made the Food and Wine “Best Bakeries in Every State” and Bon Appétit’s “Best New Restaurants” lists.

Here’s something from Reunion for every CSG moment:

Successful Project Wrap: Golfeado

Venezuelan sticky bun: Flaky like a croissant, sweet like a cinnamon roll and a surprise tangy touch of cotija cheese! They’re addictive. Their smell alone feels like a friendly hug.

Quick Fuel For In-Between Meetings: Pastel De Nata

Bite-sized, delicate, sweet and lemony Portuguese custard tart. It feels illegal for it to be this good.

Birthdays and CSGversaries: Chocolate Babka

A textures journey with the richest, most decadent dark chocolate. It gets messy. You will lick your fingers. It will be worth it.

Team Meetings: Croissant Medley

They even do workshops, if you wanna do some team building before you stuff your face with these buttery, flaky goods.

Company Picnic: Baguette

The satisfying crunch of their perfect baguettes will be the actual star of the charcuterie board.

Getting to know a new CSGer: One of Each!

You can never go wrong with a pastry flight. Is there a pastry-based personality test we need to patent here?
