A Love Letter to French Fries ❤️ 🍟
Waffle fries, curly fries, garlic fries, shoestring fries, steak fries, crinkle-cut fries, cheese fries, potato wedges, tater tots and pommes soufflés — I love them all. Sometimes I think it’s the salt. Other times, I think it’s the sweet + salty mash-up after being doused in the perfect amount of ketchup. Then, I come back to the importance of the ‘crunch factor’ — after all, soggy fries are just sacrilege. Does it even matter what makes fries so freaking delicious?!? They just are and I’m all about it.
