Meet a CSGer: Cody

Texas boy turned Nashville resident with a Denver detour along the way.  

Back in 2021, I kicked off my journey with the amazing CSG team as an intern. It all started after I graduated from the University of Houston and decided to shake things up by heading to the Mile-High City. Now, you can find me exploring Music City.  

Unapologetic Taylor Swift superfan.  

Catch me dropping Taylor Swift references into everyday conversations—don’t blame me, [Taylor] made me crazy! I’ve been following Miss Swift’s career since she debuted in the country music scene 17 years ago. With numerous live shows under my belt and a willingness to travel worldwide for her performances (yes, even to Munich, Germany), my dedication is the real deal.  

Record store junkie 

I love a good record store moment and will vibe there until someone drags me out. I’ve also been known to navigate record store lineups at snowy 3 AMs in pursuit of limited pressings from my favorite artists. If everyone has their vice, then mine is spending too much on records.  

Amatuer mountain biker 

I’m not the most coordinated person by any means, but I do find joy in vibing on trails and pushing my limits on a mountain bike. Just don’t ask me to join any MTB races – it won’t go well for either of us. 

Dogs > People 

If there aren't dogs involved, count me out – they just make everything better. My dog, Sampson, can verify this.
